What is Reiki?
Rei– Means Universal spiritual, godly, and cosmic, KEI means- vital, energy, and force, Urja so reiki means universal life force energy. Reiki is a hands-on healing technique its founder was Mikai Usui a Japanese Buddhist it is a straightforward yet powerful technique that can be easily learned by anyone, Dr. Mikai Ussi re- discovered how Lord Buddha had healed people. The Buddha possessed the gift of healing through divine love and the human touch he went into the Trans and after 21 days of dhyaan, he visualized the pious symbol.
